Free Delivery Service: Helping Hands
We help senior citizens, the immuno-compromised, and people with disabilities or preexisting medical conditions by organizing a volunteer to deliver groceries, medicine, and other necessary supplies.
This is an ongoing program.
Volunteers will run errands depending on their availability and your specific need.

Helping Hands is a nonprofit organization serving those most vulnerable to COVID-19: senior citizens, the immuno-compromised, and people with pre-existing medical conditions which put them at additional risk. Our community of volunteers deliver groceries, medicine, and other necessary supplies to empower everyone to stay healthy and be as responsible as they can be.
The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
- Transportation provided from the venue; see notes below.
You can request help and learn about the full process for how to receive help from a local volunteer by visiting our website: https://helpinghands.community/help
There may be associated costs depending on the supplies you are requesting. No one will charge you for the cost of delivering/running an errand. For instance, to have someone pick up mail for your from a local post office would not have an associated cost. However, we do not supplement the cost of the goods or service being delivered. For instance, to have groceries delivered you would need to pay in advance or reimburse the volunteer helping you.
