Just A Start's Information technology (IT) Careers Program provides nine months of free intensive training to prepare adults for entry-level IT jobs.
Sign-up Information
- Ages: 18 and Adults.
This training program is free for all eligible students. To be eligible students must: be a Massachusetts resident, have a high school diploma, meet low to moderate income eligibility, and pass an Accuplacer exam.

The IT Career Training program runs September through May.
Additional information
Since 2018, the IT Careers Program prepares individuals for Computer User Support Specialist positions in a business environment. Students are able to obtain stackable industry-recognized credentials and certificates (i.e. CompTIA A+ and NetAcad) and gain knowledge and hands-on experience in Computer Hardware, Windows OS support, networking techniques, Help Desk-targeted skills such as trouble-shooting and critical thinking and Business Communication.
Graduates have lifetime access to academic workshops and career coaching through Alumni Programming Services.
