Additional information

Cambridge Camping's Junior Counselor in Training (Jr. CIT) program is a 5-week program. In the mornings, Jr. CITs work on leadership skills and future job readiness, tackle difficult discussions centered on solving community issues and participate in community service activities. In the afternoon, Jr. CITs employ and expand on what they learned at camp by assisting counselors and creating their own activities for the younger campers. Our Jr. CIT program gives this small, diverse group of teens a strong sense of responsibility and the confidence to create lasting, positive change at camp and in their own communities.
