A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

We provide nutritional counseling, healthy food benefits, workshops, education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health and community resources at no cost to eligible Massachusetts families.

The War Memorial Recreation Center provides residents access to a state of the art, fully accessible, and climate controlled facility for recreational activities.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

We can help you with applying for health insurance like MassHealth, Health Connector plans, Health Safety Net, Medicare and dental plans through the Massachusetts Health Connector.

We provide an engaging and empowering summer dance program for children and teens.

We visit moms and dads of young children at a convenient location to share information about early literacy development, talking and reading with children, and community resources.

We aim to create an environment that makes it easier for residents and people who work in the city to eat healthy and be physically active.

Our Primary Care experts can help you and your family live your healthiest lives. We offer Primary Care, Women's Health services, our PACE Program for older adults, and our CHA Pharmacy.

We support children and their families through the early childhood communities that care for them such as early childhood teachers, directors, and family childcare providers.

This unit investigates sexual crimes and provides support and social services to survivors of sexual crimes.

Our programs serve to improve awareness of the importance of oral health to overall health by providing oral health education, dental screenings, and assistance with access to care.

Our exciting community programming focuses on health, wellness, and active living in Cambridge! Our multiple facilities are open to community members interested in sports, activities, and lessons.
