Cambridge Youth Flag Football League is for boys and girls between the ages of 3-17 and is designed to teach players of all abilities new skills and training regiments.

We provide 24/7 mobile crisis services and help people who need access to timely, high quality mental health and substance use services.

Our free, confidential hotline can connect you to clinical help for mental health and substance use concerns where and when you need it.

We provide a list of all upcoming opportunities for children ages 0-11; regular activities include story times, arts, musical, and dance events and more in our Children's Room.

The War Memorial Recreation Center provides residents access to a state of the art, fully accessible, and climate controlled facility for recreational activities.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

We provide an engaging and empowering summer dance program for children and teens.

We provide summer reading book recommendations; activities for children, teens, and adults; live events; as well as prizes and giveaways throughout July and August.

We provide a variety of programs and leagues, both informal and official, that help children ages 3-12 strengthen baseball skills, play baseball games, and become leaders in their community.

We offer lots of free events throughout the year for people of all ages with a love of learning!

Our Primary Care experts can help you and your family live your healthiest lives. We offer Primary Care, Women's Health services, our PACE Program for older adults, and our CHA Pharmacy.

We offer nature-based games and activities, art, live music, food, and lots of other programs and activities for all ages, year-round.

Our exciting community programming focuses on health, wellness, and active living in Cambridge! Our multiple facilities are open to community members interested in sports, activities, and lessons.

Meeting Place provides a secure setting for children and parents to interact when there are concerns about the emotional and/or physical safety of a child or their parents during parent-child contacts
