Cambridge Youth Flag Football League is for boys and girls between the ages of 3-17 and is designed to teach players of all abilities new skills and training regiments.

The CW Youth Taekwondo program provides classes to children and youth, with a fun and challenging curriculum that emphasizes coordination, focus, self-confidence and respect year round.

We offer high quality, humanistic ballet education and training for children of all levels age 3 and up.

We offer Taekwondo classes all year round, including the summer, in a fun and educational environment where children 4 and up use martial arts to build self-confidence, focus, and physical wellbeing.

We offer a fun and inclusive wrestling classes for boys and girls with expert instructors and coaches.
