The Center for Families Newsletter is full of information, resources, and supports for Cambridge families with children birth-8 years old.

Join our after school where your young person will learn, create, and play.

We offer a Chinese Immersion afterschool program for PK to 6th grade students and an Art & Talent Class for PK to 12th grade students in the Cambridgeport/ Central Square area near the MLK School.

We are a 1-week program that brings communities together around the joy of soccer, promoting athletic skill, leadership development, and citywide unity in Cambridge and Greater Boston.

We bring together students from Harvard College and surrounding universities with kids from Cambridge's different neighborhoods.

We provide a list of all upcoming opportunities for children ages 0-11; regular activities include story times, arts, musical, and dance events and more in our Children's Room.

Dazzling minerals await you at the Harvard Museum of Natural History's Earth & Planetary Sciences Gallery! New to the collection is a unique assortment of egg-shaped minerals.

For ages 4+! NSM offers group instrument lessons, choir ensembles, & private lessons on strings, guitar, woodwinds, piano, and voice.

Join us for Second Saturdays Story Time, where local librarians read stories in the galleries!

The Longfellow Summer Arts Festival brings music, poetry, and community to the East Lawn of the Longfellow House on Sunday afternoons through the summer. All events are free and open to the public.

We offer an afterschool program for students ages 5-12 based on the experience of Jewish values, traditions, holidays, culture, and life cycles that is both teacher-led and self-directed.

Our classrooms are designed to link the school-day and after-school experiences for children and families enrolled in the King Open School.

TriTogether is a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing free tutoring to children, teens, and young adults in foster care.

From maker space workshops to a dance studio, a Food Lab to a performance space, The Foundry’s array of spaces will serve your individual or group needs. Bring your creative spirit!

The War Memorial Recreation Center provides residents access to a state of the art, fully accessible, and climate controlled facility for recreational activities.

NSM's Choral Program offers vocal music for children ages 5-17.

We provide a fun and inclusive introduction to the great sport of hockey!

The CW Youth Taekwondo program provides classes to children and youth, with a fun and challenging curriculum that emphasizes coordination, focus, self-confidence and respect year round.

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12, and agree to see each other for 3 hours, a couple of times a month in the Little's community.

We will offer open enrollment to elementary school students in after school (extended day and enrichment clubs) and vacation camps.

Quality musical instruction for students of all ages & levels. Study with highly trained & experienced professional pianists. Curriculum designed to suit you and your individual learning style.

We run baseball leagues for new and experienced players at all levels for ages 4 - 12 years old.

We're offering a free lacrosse skills development program on Sundays in Fall at Danehy Park, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

We offer a play-based program for -5th grade students; as well arts programs for 1st-5th and 6th-8th grade students with our partner, Maud Morgan Arts.

We offer high quality, humanistic ballet education and training for children of all levels age 3 and up.

Our track team competes in both AAU and USA Track & Field meets, qualifiers and Olympic events. We currently have practice and meets three seasons each year for ages 6 - 14.

We are a non-profit parent cooperative offering engaging, developmentally appropriate afterschool programming for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade who attend the Graham and Parks School.
