We provide one-to-one mentoring to youth and adults with disabilities to reach their full potential.

We offer a variety of services, supports and programs dedicated to ensuring equitable access and success for students who have a documented risk of regression during the summer months.

We promote Community, Housing, Access, and Independence for children and adults of all abilities, strengths, and needs.

Our team of social workers can help make referrals to community services, help you complete applications, navigate resources, and help connect you to mental health or substance misuse programs.

Our free, confidential hotline can connect you to clinical help for mental health and substance use concerns where and when you need it.

We serve children and youth (ages 6-22) with disabilities by providing a super fun summer program full of outdoor activities, swimming, field trips, crafts, cooking, and more!

We support Bi+ folks and their loved ones with support groups and resources. We advocate for bisexual visibility and raises awareness about bisexuality throughout the LGBT and straight communities.

Our Primary Care experts can help you and your family live your healthiest lives. We offer Primary Care, Women's Health services, our PACE Program for older adults, and our CHA Pharmacy.

Our 24/7 hotline helps survivors and their loved ones by connecting them to a RAINN support specialist or a local center from RAINN’s network +1,000 sexual assault service providers.
