We promote Community, Housing, Access, and Independence for children and adults of all abilities, strengths, and needs.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We've created orienteering courses throughout the city of Cambridge to get you and your family outside and moving around. Check out our map courses on our website!

Our youth and teen summer classes include in-person and virtual dance classes for ages 4 and up!

We partner with local businesses and organizations to sponsor free events in parks across the city.

We provide services related to substance use, harm reduction, education and mental health support.

We provide comprehensive support to the parents and caregivers of youth with mental health challenges, as well as their children, through a variety of coaching, childcare, and community-building programs.

Our exciting community programming focuses on health, wellness, and active living in Cambridge! Our multiple facilities are open to community members interested in sports, activities, and lessons.
