We provide 24/7 mobile crisis services and help people who need access to timely, high quality mental health and substance use services.

Our programs are designed for those most vulnerable to HIV/AIDS.

We promote Community, Housing, Access, and Independence for children and adults of all abilities, strengths, and needs.

Our drop-in is open to eight people at a time. Check website for updated hours. Use a computer, cook in the kitchen, get help from a volunteer, pick up food & supplies, T-passes, clothing closet.

Our team of social workers can help make referrals to community services, help you complete applications, navigate resources, and help connect you to mental health or substance misuse programs.

Our free, confidential hotline can connect you to clinical help for mental health and substance use concerns where and when you need it.

We offer free support groups for family members and friends of people with mental illness, as well as peer supports for people suffering from a mental health condition.

Safehome: Up to 1 month stay in a confidential location for an individual or family.
Transitional Housing: Up to two years of rental assistance for up to 16 survivors and their families.

On The Rise is a daytime, drop-in program for unhoused women, trans, and non-binary people providing the relationships, safety and resources they need to move out of homelessness.

Want to process tough emotions with someone who understands? Our confidential peer-run HEART Line is here to listen and talk on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 4 pm. Call us at 617-902-0102.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We can help you with applying for health insurance like MassHealth, Health Connector plans, Health Safety Net, Medicare and dental plans through the Massachusetts Health Connector.

Our 24-hour free & confidential hotline provides emotional support, information, referrals, safety planning, and crisis intervention for LGBTQ+, kink, & polyamorous survivors of partner abuse.

This unit investigates sexual crimes and provides support and social services to survivors of sexual crimes.
