The City of Cambridge can help address concerns and questions about housing resources, tenants, homeowners, landlords and property management companies, and court-related information.

The Consumer Councils' goal is to mediate a resolution that is acceptable to both parties however, the process is voluntary and not all businesses choose to participate, although many do.

Our 24/7 hotline helps survivors and their loved ones by connecting them to a RAINN support specialist or a local center from RAINN’s network +1,000 sexual assault service providers.
