A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

The Center for Families Newsletter is full of information, resources, and supports for Cambridge families with children birth-8 years old.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

Cambridge residents with children in grades K-8 apply to DHSP Afterschool Programs through this lottery application. The lottery opens in April for the coming school year.

We provide summer reading book recommendations; activities for children, teens, and adults; live events; as well as prizes and giveaways throughout July and August.

The Robo Hub After School Program offers engaging and creative STEM projects, active play, and academic support as well as bus dropoff, classes, meals and extended day until 7 pm.

We partner with local businesses and organizations to sponsor free events in parks across the city.

Cambridge Dads was created to increase fatherhood engagement in programming. The program strives to ensure dads are engaged, informed, and feel supported in their role as parents.
