STEAM, Leadership and Mentoring

The Center for Families Newsletter is full of information, resources, and supports for Cambridge families with children birth-8 years old.

Learn to play the Steel Pan, basic music, and leadership development.

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12, and agree to see each other for 3 hours, a couple of times a month in the Little's community.

Our tutors work 1-on-1 with youth in grades 4 - 12 to improve academic and social skills through the school year in a safe, structured, and welcoming community.

We provide free, high-quality, and hands-on science activities and mentoring for children and teens typically one day a week at each location.

We've created orienteering courses throughout the city of Cambridge to get you and your family outside and moving around. Check out our map courses on our website!

We offer a progression of map navigation activities for home-schooled students who want to learning individually or in a group.

Qualifying individuals can apply to receive affordable internet access and a new laptop.

We offer STEM programs at various locations across New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts to children ages 4-13.

Girls in our summer camps will have fun and build character through community service, exploration, workshops and adventures, including lessons in STEM, outdoors, life skills, entrepreneurship.

We transforms the lives of children, adults with disabilities and their families through the power of one-to-one mentoring relationships.

We support students and 1:1 volunteer tutors/mentors with homework, academics, social-emotional learning and community advocacy.

We empower women, girls, and nonbinary folks through a variety of gender-intentional programs and opportunities.
