We serve LGBTQ+ youth through support, health, advocacy, education, and resources. We are committed to social justice and creating, sustaining, and advocating for services for LGBTQ youth.

Our Primary Care experts can help you and your family live your healthiest lives. We offer Primary Care, Women's Health services, our PACE Program for older adults, and our CHA Pharmacy.

Our helpline helps disrupt and prevent unhealthy relationships and intimate partner violence by empowering young people through inclusive and equitable education, support, and resources.

Our 24/7 hotline helps survivors and their loved ones by connecting them to a RAINN support specialist or a local center from RAINN’s network +1,000 sexual assault service providers.
