Middle and High School Opportunities

SHINE is a group run by MIT students that strives to instill confidence in female and nonbinary students through a combination of dance, creativity, and math mentorship.

We offer a hands-on STEM Project Course, an Academic Mentoring Course, and Team-Building Activities on Saturdays for 7th - 12th grade youth.

This is a free-of-cost STEM summer day program aimed at students with low income and/or low exposure to STEM.

Our exciting community programming focuses on health, wellness, and active living in Cambridge! Our multiple facilities are open to community members interested in sports, activities, and lessons.

We offer a summer camp where children play sports activities all day!

MIT Full STEAM Ahead Into Summer welcomes students for 3 weeks of making and creating this summer! Using hands-on learning and project creation, teams of students will construct their own projects!

Spring HSSP is a five-weekend program where 7th - 12th grade students can take classes from MIT community members on a wide variety of topics! Spring HSSP will take place in-person on MIT’s campus.
