We promote the earliest parent-child relationships by helping parents manage the care of a new baby.
Girl Scouts of Eastern MA
We help girls develop courage, confidence, and character through community service, exploration, workshops and adventures, including lessons in STEM, outdoors, life skills, entrepreneurship.
Agenda for Children Literacy Initiative
We visit moms and dads of young children at a convenient location to share information about early literacy development, talking and reading with children, and community resources.
Community Development Department
We enhance the city's quality of life by improving our transportation system and city-wide mobility.
Cambridge Bike Give Back and Community Development Department
We will fix up 800+ donated bicycles and give them to qualified Cambridge residents. With bicycles people will also receive a bike lock, helmet, and lights.
Residents can apply for a new bicycle voucher (to buy from participating shops). Those selected can choose a pedal bike, e-bike, e-cargo bike, adaptive bicycle or electric wheelchair attachment.
Riverside Community Care
Supports families through home-based evaluations and services for children up to age 3 with or at risk for developmental delays.
Scouts BSA Cambridge
Our activities are open to girls and boys in grades Kindergarten - 5th.
Cambridge Public Library
We offer a monthly delivery of library materials to Cambridge residents who are unable to visit a library due to short- or long-term disability or infirmity.
New England Base Camp/Spirit of Adventure Council
We host activities for kids outdoors and indoors, including those that are open to the public and some tailored specifically to Boy Scouts.
We support children and their families through the early childhood communities that care for them such as early childhood teachers, directors, and family childcare providers.
Cambridge Emergency Communications
The Cambridge Alert Network is comprised of multiple services that help keep residents and businesses informed of important City information.

Office of Workforce Development (OWD)
We offer discounted MBTA passes to income-eligible Cambridge residents between the ages of 19-25.

We are a collaborative office implementing the Cambridge Preschool Program and helping families find early childhood supports. Our work and team are shared jointly by CPS and the City of Cambridge.
We are here to answer disability related questions, provide information & referrals, and give technical assistance to individuals and families, public agencies, and private organizations.
