Office of Workforce Development (OWD)
OWD offers employment programs for both young people and adults to help them build skills, gain access to opportunities, and work towards the careers they seek.
Programs for teens include the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program, internships at Harvard, a career-readiness program and a service learning program. For adults, the Cambridge Employment Program offers job search support, while Cambridge Works offers transitional employment.

MBTA Youth Pass Program
The MBTA Youth Pass Program offers discounted MBTA passes to income-eligible Cambridge residents between the ages of 19-25.
Harvard Internship Program
The Harvard Internship Program offers paid school-year internships at Harvard University for CRLS juniors and seniors.
Youth Employment Center
During the school year, CRLS students can come to the Youth Employment Center (Room 2101, 2nd floor) during any lunch to seek help in finding employment and training programs.
Cambridge Employment Program (CEP)
The Cambridge Employment Program provides career counseling and job search support to residents with all levels of experience.
