Cambridge Works is a transitional jobs program for younger adults who have had difficulty finding a job.

This is an ongoing program.
Monday through Friday. Morning and Afternoon.

Ages: 18 and Adults.

Cambridge residents only.

To be eligible for Cambridge Works, residents must be age 18 - 35, without a college degree. The program is meant for those who have experienced difficulty finding jobs for any of the following reasons: limited work experience, a gap in work history, frustration with dead end jobs, or legal or personal issues.

Program staff are located at 51 Inman Street. Classrooms and worksites are located at various places around the city.

Additional information

Challenges might include limited work experience, a gap in work history, dead end jobs, or legal or personal issues. Participants receive a 3-month paid internship, weekly job-readiness classes, case management and job placement.
