Sports and Recreation

We have travel teams for girls and boys who want a full team experience, plus the Future Falcons co-ed skill development program for younger ages.

Our parkour-based summer programs are all designed to give kids a safe and positive environment for them to learn about and explore their world.

Our track team competes in both AAU and USA Track & Field meets, qualifiers and Olympic events. We currently have practice and meets three seasons each year for ages 6 - 14.

We offer a progression of map navigation activities for home-schooled students who want to learning individually or in a group.

We help girls develop courage, confidence, and character through community service, exploration, workshops and adventures, including lessons in STEM, outdoors, life skills, entrepreneurship.

This training week is designed to help youth to acquire the coaching experience needed for working within the parkour industry while building valuable professional skills and having fun!

We host parkour classes for all ages and abilities throughout Cambridge and Somerville every week!

Cambridge Girls Softball League fields teams for Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasons. No prior experience needed to play at any of the levels – just a willingness to learn, try your best, and have fun.

We offer soccer programs for children ages 4 - 8th Grade during Fall and Spring seasons. Everyone plays! Beginners and experienced players welcome!

We help all youth gain leadership, teamwork & outdoor skills through weekl meetings and weekend or summer outdoor adventures like hiking, backpacking, camping, sailing, rafting and more!

Our activities are open to girls and boys in grades Kindergarten - 5th.

Basketball competitive basketball games for 6th-8th graders.
