When people come in we can help them use their digital devices (smartphones, tablets, computers), apply for services online, learn digital literacy and safety/privacy tips, and get access to devices.

We extend access to technology like Chromebook laptops and mobile WiFi hotspots by allowing patrons to check out devices.

We provide language and interpretation classes, youth programs, multicultural community events, and other supports for immigrant families.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We offer lots of free events throughout the year for people of all ages with a love of learning!

We provide comprehensive support to the parents and caregivers of youth with mental health challenges, as well as their children, through a variety of coaching, childcare, and community-building programs.

Cambridge Dads was created to increase fatherhood engagement in programming. The program strives to ensure dads are engaged, informed, and feel supported in their role as parents.

New outpatient center in various locations including Cambridge and Somerville offering in-person and virtual support.

Our exciting community programming focuses on health, wellness, and active living in Cambridge! Our multiple facilities are open to community members interested in sports, activities, and lessons.

Our online space is dedicated to encouraging the mental wellness of Black women and girls. We provide information, a "Find a Therapist" service, as well as a blog and other resources.
