Summer Camps and Activities, Homelessness Supports

This guide gives caregivers a quick and easy format to read through their summer camp options and reach out to staff for assistance.

This list contains several programs that provide low-cost or free internet and phone services to low-income households and individuals, including the Lifeline Program and Comcast Internet Essentials.

The City of Cambridge can help address concerns and questions about housing resources, tenants, homeowners, landlords and property management companies, and court-related information.

Our Childcare Program serves children age 15 months to 5 years old in two Toddler and two Preschool classrooms. We have school year and summer spots for enrollment.

Safehome: Up to 1 month stay in a confidential location for an individual or family.
Transitional Housing: Up to two years of rental assistance for up to 16 survivors and their families.

We provide high quality Montessori education to facilitate effective early childhood growth and development for all students.

A Music focused, emergent based curriculum and culturally immersive early education program. Professional live music classes everyday for every age group! Diapers, snacks and lunch are included!

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

We offer STEM programs at various locations across New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts to children ages 4-13.

Our themed summer program fosters each child's emotional, academic and social development through play and exploration in our safe and nurturing community.

We provide summer reading book recommendations; activities for children, teens, and adults; live events; as well as prizes and giveaways throughout July and August.

De Novo provides free civil legal aid in the areas of family law, immigration, housing and disability benefits.

We offer training on housing and benefits issues to other groups, work closely with community organizations seeking policy changes and raise funds for homeless prevention.

Pine Village Preschool will offer a Spanish Immersion summer camp for toddlers through Pre-K (15 months - 5 years old) in multiple locations throughout Cambridge and Greater Boston.
