We provide one-to-one mentoring to youth and adults with disabilities to reach their full potential.

A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

Our cadet training program is a paid, benefitted full-time position with a two-year commitment for Cambridge residents between ages of 18-23 who are interested in pursuing a career in public safety.

Join our program this summer where you'll design, build and launch model rockets while learning more about aerospace careers, robot rovers, and astronaut space suits!

YouthBuild Just A Start is a full-time, comprehensive youth workforce development program for ages 16-24 in the Boston Metro North region.

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12, and agree to see each other for 3 hours, a couple of times a month in the Little's community.

We provide language and interpretation classes, youth programs, multicultural community events, and other supports for immigrant families.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We promote the earliest parent-child relationships by helping parents manage the care of a new baby.

We're offering week-long Model UN day programs for students from all over the world to work together and address global issues.

We offer summer jobs to Cambridge teens, from age 14 through the summer after they graduate high school.

We visit moms and dads of young children at a convenient location to share information about early literacy development, talking and reading with children, and community resources.

We offer a FREE summer program for students entering 8th grade whose families are Cambridge Housing Authority residents. Students receive a stipend.

We transforms the lives of children, adults with disabilities and their families through the power of one-to-one mentoring relationships.

We empower women, girls, and nonbinary folks through a variety of gender-intentional programs and opportunities.

The Cambridge Doula is a home visiting program available to all expecting parents who are Cambridge Health Alliance patients.

Our program supports Asian/Asian American high school girls develop self-confidence and leadership skills to be successful in their social, academic, and future professional communities.
