The Center for Families Newsletter is full of information, resources, and supports for Cambridge families with children birth-8 years old.

We are a daycare center for children ages 0-5.

We offer a Chinese Immersion afterschool program for PK to 6th grade students and an Art & Talent Class for PK to 12th grade students in the Cambridgeport/ Central Square area near the MLK School.

This is a program that provides a drop-in center for homeless and street-involved youth, ages 14-24, in Harvard Square, Cambridge.

Our Childcare Program serves children age 15 months to 5 years old in two Toddler and two Preschool classrooms. We have school year and summer spots for enrollment.

Join one of the oldest, play-based cooperative nursery schools in Cambridge for children ages 2Y 9M - 5 years! We offer regular day, extended day, and a summer program to our families.

Known as universal preschool, we provide free preschool to Cambridge 4 year-olds and some 3 year-olds beginning in September.

Serving children ages 1.9 through 5 years old, with a focus on experiential learning, the arts, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. We are not just a school, we are a welcoming community!

We will offer open enrollment to elementary school students in after school (extended day and enrichment clubs) and vacation camps.

Bridging The Gap enriches the lives of teenagers through a life-skills curriculum, self-improvement activities, site visits, and community service projects.

We provide high quality Montessori education to facilitate effective early childhood growth and development for all students.

Safe, engaging, and enriching environment for students in kindergarten through elementary grades, the program blends academic support, creative expression, and hands-on learning.

We are offering in-person HIV/STI testing, treatment, and PrEP for LGBTQ+ youth ages 16-29.

A program of the Maria L. Baldwin Community Center. We foster a strong, connected, engaged, and healthy community of residents 55 and up.

A Music focused, emergent based curriculum and culturally immersive early education program. Professional live music classes everyday for every age group! Diapers, snacks and lunch are included!

Council on Aging offers a wide range of social services and is committed to meeting the needs of seniors. We can connect people to services or even meet them where they live to help them connect.

Contact the MSC if you are living on the street, in emergency shelters or at risk of losing your housing and need help.

On The Rise is a daytime, drop-in program for unhoused women, trans, and non-binary people providing the relationships, safety and resources they need to move out of homelessness.

Toddler progtam welcomes children starting 1 year and 3 months old.

We are a multilingual and multicultural preschool and kindergarten with afterschool and summer offerings in Central Square. We specialize on Early Global Education and Teachers growth.

Our aging information and service center makes referrals to elder services and disability services, either through those individuals directly or through a caretaker.

We promote the earliest parent-child relationships by helping parents manage the care of a new baby.

JOYweavers celebrates children and families with great summer programming! We offer accessible, inclusive programming for children who benefit from a smaller setting.
