CW Taekwondo at Boston provides opportunities for fitness, fun, flexibility and community for adults by teaching martial arts in Cambridge and the Boston area.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We offer fun, high energy martial arts classes for ages 5 to 13.

We visit moms and dads of young children at a convenient location to share information about early literacy development, talking and reading with children, and community resources.
