Elementary School Age Opportunities

Cambridge Family Microsoccer is a soccer program for 4-6 year-olds, who play every Saturday during our Fall and Spring seasons.

Our teen support text line connects young people up to age 24 with a peer they can talk to when they feel lonely, depressed, overwhelmed, or suicidal.

Our parkour-based summer programs are all designed to give kids a safe and positive environment for them to learn about and explore their world.

We offer a variety of services, supports and programs dedicated to ensuring equitable access and success for students who have a documented risk of regression during the summer months.

Come join our Chinese immersion summer camp for classical Chinese reading, challigraphy, tea art, Gongfu (Wushu), Chinese instruments, Chinese Art crafts, Chinese food and much more.

We offer a Chinese Immersion afterschool program for PK to 6th grade students and an Art & Talent Class for PK to 12th grade students in the Cambridgeport/ Central Square area near the MLK School.

We are a 1-week program that brings communities together around the joy of soccer, promoting athletic skill, leadership development, and citywide unity in Cambridge and Greater Boston.

The Longfellow Summer Arts Festival brings music, poetry, and community to the East Lawn of the Longfellow House on Sunday afternoons through the summer. All events are free and open to the public.

We are a nonprofit programs support girls to be physically and emotionally healthy and strong. Girls on the Run will be hosting a team at Danehy Park this fall beginning the week of September 19th.

Explore Longfellow House-Washington's Headquarters by interactive guided tour! The occupants of this house shaped our nation. A variety of tours invite visitors to connect with their stories.

Join us on the basketball courts this summer! We offer recreational basketball for children, youth, and teens ages 8-19 that take place in the evenings at outdoor courts around Cambridge.

Cambridge Camping's CCAccess scholarship program makes unforgettable camp accessible to all, offering day and overnight options.

Cambridge residents with children in grades K-8 apply to DHSP Afterschool Programs through this lottery application. The lottery opens in April for the coming school year.
