We are a youth workforce development program for out-of-school youth ages 16 - 24 from Boston Metro North communities. Students work towards their HiSET while developing workforce readiness skills.

We provide inspiring mentoring and out-of-school time experiences to empower immigrant youth and support their academic, career, and personal success.

We help all youth gain leadership, teamwork & outdoor skills through weekl meetings and weekend or summer outdoor adventures like hiking, backpacking, camping, sailing, rafting and more!
