This program is designed to help youth to acquire the professional skills and coaching experience needed for working within the parkour industry, while also building valuable professional skills.

Learn to play the Steel Pan, basic music, and leadership development.

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12, and agree to see each other for 3 hours, a couple of times a month in the Little's community.

We provide language and interpretation classes, youth programs, multicultural community events, and other supports for immigrant families.

We offer summer jobs to Cambridge teens, from age 14 through the summer after they graduate high school.

Counselors-in-Training are part of the Youth Employment Program (YEP) where youth have fun at summer camp and earn $75 for completing responsibilities during their session.

We support students and 1:1 volunteer tutors/mentors with homework, academics, social-emotional learning and community advocacy.

We empower women, girls, and nonbinary folks through a variety of gender-intentional programs and opportunities.

This program offers paid school-year internships at Harvard University for CRLS juniors and seniors.
