We provide one-to-one mentoring to youth and adults with disabilities to reach their full potential.

A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

We offer a variety of services, supports and programs dedicated to ensuring equitable access and success for students who have a documented risk of regression during the summer months.

We promote Community, Housing, Access, and Independence for children and adults of all abilities, strengths, and needs.

We issue temporary Cambridge disability parking permits to residents and individuals who work in Cambridge.

Our team of social workers can help make referrals to community services, help you complete applications, navigate resources, and help connect you to mental health or substance misuse programs.

We offer a Chinese Immersion afterschool program for PK to 6th grade students and an Art & Talent Class for PK to 12th grade students in the Cambridgeport/ Central Square area near the MLK School.

Our aging information and service center makes referrals to elder services and disability services, either through those individuals directly or through a caretaker.

We visit moms and dads of young children at a convenient location to share information about early literacy development, talking and reading with children, and community resources.

Our youth and teen summer classes include in-person and virtual dance classes for ages 4 and up!

We offer lots of free events throughout the year for people of all ages with a love of learning!

We offer a monthly delivery of library materials to Cambridge residents who are unable to visit a library due to short- or long-term disability or infirmity.

We offer nature-based games and activities, art, live music, food, and lots of other programs and activities for all ages, year-round.

A free program that can help Social Security beneficiaries go to work, get a good job that may lead to a career, and become financially independent.
