Early Childhood Opportunities

A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

The Center for Families Newsletter is full of information, resources, and supports for Cambridge families with children birth-8 years old.

We offer a Chinese Immersion afterschool program for PK to 6th grade students and an Art & Talent Class for PK to 12th grade students in the Cambridgeport/ Central Square area near the MLK School.

We understand the importance of community and the power of compassion. As a 100% volunteer-run program, we are committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and families in Cambridge, MA.

When people come in we can help them use their digital devices (smartphones, tablets, computers), apply for services online, learn digital literacy and safety/privacy tips, and get access to devices.

We offer high quality, humanistic ballet education and training for children of all levels age 3 and up.

Safe, engaging, and enriching environment for students in kindergarten through elementary grades, the program blends academic support, creative expression, and hands-on learning.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We offer a progression of map navigation activities for home-schooled students who want to learning individually or in a group.

Qualifying individuals can apply to receive affordable internet access and a new laptop.

We offer summer ballet classes and dance programs, primarily for children of all levels ages 3-10 years-old.

We offer STEM programs at various locations across New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts to children ages 4-13.

We offer a wide inventory of adult professional outfits and children's clothing and resources.

Cambridge Dads was created to increase fatherhood engagement in programming. The program strives to ensure dads are engaged, informed, and feel supported in their role as parents.
