We provide a weekly Zoom drop-in group for LGBTQIA+ older adults as well as a Virtual Visits group for transgender and gender diverse older adults. We also offer LGBTQIA+ and trans bereavement groups.

Our aging information and service center makes referrals to elder services and disability services, either through those individuals directly or through a caretaker.

We offer exercise classes for older adults such as Gentle Sculpt, Chair Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Taichi, and more.
