We offer employment training and education programs for TAFDC clients including Young Parents Program, DTA Works Internship, Office of Refugee and Immigrants Program, and more!

Our cadet training program is a paid, benefitted full-time position with a two-year commitment for Cambridge residents between ages of 18-23 who are interested in pursuing a career in public safety.

We provide a year-round, in-person leadership program at the Hurley Street Farm. Youth will learning leadership skills through urban gardening and environmental activism.

A paid 8-month urban forestry and environmental careers discovery program for Cambridge high school students aged 16-18.

Come join our new camp for videography and photography training, audio recording training, film-making, field trips for film making, and more for ages 10 to 18!

We provide art activities for all ages through our afterschool programs, school vacation camps, and adult programs and events.

Counselors-in-Training are part of the Youth Employment Program (YEP) where youth have fun at summer camp and earn $75 for completing responsibilities during their session.
